At Town Tees, everything we do is guided by a simple idea: deliver quality work with intention and respect.
This standard reflects both the quality of our products and the way we operate with our customers and community.
Our Commitment to Quality
We stand behind the quality of our products and services. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact our Customer Care team within 30 days of the purchase date. We will gladly refund the full price of the product, excluding shipping and processing costs.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are available for items that meet our satisfaction criteria and are subject to the conditions below.
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. If the original payment method is no longer available, a store credit will be provided.
Made-to-Order Responsibility
All Town Tees products are made to order using high-quality materials and professional printing equipment. Because of the custom nature of our work, we are not able to offer refunds or exchanges for:
- Spelling, punctuation, or grammatical errors submitted by the customer
- Low-quality or low-resolution images provided by the customer
- Design errors made during the design process
- Incorrect selections of product type, size, or color
We encourage all customers to carefully review their designs before placing an order. To keep costs accessible, we do not provide proofing for custom designs prior to production.
Respect Standard
We work with a wide range of customers, beliefs, and perspectives. We do not judge what people believe, but we are intentional about how those beliefs are expressed through what we produce.
We will not print designs that:
- Promote hate, hostility, or harm toward any individual or group
- Mock, demean, or show blatant disrespect toward a person’s beliefs, identity, or values
- Are intended to provoke or offend in a targeted or harmful way
If a design crosses this line, we reserve the right to decline the order.
